About Carmine L. Gentile

The Law Offices of Carmine L. Gentile opened in 1990 in Framingham, Massachusetts. Attorney Gentile focuses on criminal defense, probate of estates, and personal injury. He has successfully resolved cases in the Probate and Family Court, Superior Court, District Court, Juvenile Court, Land Court, and Appeals Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He also  practices in the U.S. District Court on both civil and criminal matters. Most of his cases are prosecuted or defended in Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, or Worcester Counties. 

In 2016, Attorney Gentile became the State Representative for the 13th Middlesex District representing residents of Framingham, Sudbury, Wayland, and Marlborough in the Massachusetts legislature and limited his practice while becoming of counsel to HBMH Law a premier personal injury firm.

Married with two children, Attorney Gentile is a graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School. He is also a Justice of the Peace and Notary Public. 

In his home community, Carmine Gentile has volunteered to serve the town of Sudbury as a  member of the following committees: Finance Committee, Planning Board (also served as Chairman), Voting Registrar, Council on Aging, Sudbury Housing Trust, The Sudbury Wayland Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable and White Ribbon Committee. He has also served the community as a local Rotary Club President, Scoutmaster of Sudbury Boy Scout Troop 63, and Liberty District Chairman of the Knox Trail Council, Boy Scouts of America.
